29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a. High Bay area near the milling machines, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, the wiring to a floor fan was not provided with abrasion protection to protect the conductors entering the fan's casing, on or about 12/08/2016. b. Shop area in a welding station, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, the wiring to a Miller Syncrowave 351 power source did not have abrasion protection to protect the conductors entering the welder's casing, on or about 12/08/2016.
