29 CFR 1910.253(e)(6)(ii): When regulators or parts of regulators, including gages, needed repair, the work was not performed by skilled mechanics who had been properly instructed: a. 21 Edgeboro Road, East Brunswick, NJ - Maintenance Shop The employer did not ensure that oxygen/acetylene regulator gauges in need of repair were repaired or replaced. Employees engaged in welding activities for the repair of refuse containers used oxygen/acetylene torches that have broken regulator gauges. Violation observed on or about December 21, 2016
