29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of electric equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the SW Mill Area, where employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard when operating a Glue Table with an electrical box that had damaged parts. b. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the SW Mill Area at the Glue Machine, where employees were exposed to electrical shock hazard when cleaning and working around an electrical junction box with a broken mounting nut on the side. c. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the NE corner of Millwood 1, where employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard when cleaning around an electrical panel with a conduit that had a broken part.
