29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): Conductors or equipment were located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that had a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment; or where exposed to excessive temperatures and were not identified for use in the operating environment: A.) Presque Isle Wine Cellars, Inc., 9440 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, press pad area, on or about September 15, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees were cleaning the bladder press with high pressure water during cleaning operations. Water from the cleaning operation was making contact with the electrical breaker panel behind the bladder press. This electrical breaker panel box was not designed for damp and wet locations.
