29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1): Abrasive wheel(s) were used on portable grinder(s) which were not provided with safety guard(s) meeting the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1) through (c)(4)(a): On or about August 11, 2016, and at time prior thereto, at metal molds and dies manufacturing plant, the employees fabricated and repair metal molds and dies, and used unguarded portable grinders: a. Ryobi Angle Grinder,; and, b. Black & Decker 7"/9" Heavy Duty Angle Grinder.
