29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: The employer is failing to train employees on the use of chemicals in their workplace. This was most recently evident during the inspection of the maintenance shed and throughout the facility located at 2215 Leavenworth St., Omaha, NE; where the employer has inadequately trained employees using various lubricants as part of the maintenance program.
