29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about 6/2/2016 in the equipment/chemical area of the facility located at 2434 West Broad Street in Athens, GA: Employees were exposed to electrical shock from the flexible extension cable being used in lieu of permanent wiring to supply up to 120 volts to the heating system to the black water well containers.
