29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Exigo Metal Works/Hillside, NJ- Production Area: Employer did not ensure that eye wash station was available within the work area where employees used corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to: a) Atlantic Phos 745RTS (which contains Phosphoric Acid, pH 2.6 - 3.0) and used in the wash room b) Chromic Acid Flake (which contains Chromium Trioxide 100%) and Ultrex AF 28 MH (which contains Sodium Hydroxide), both used in electroplating area Condition observed on or about March 17, 2016.
