29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a. Second Floor Rifle Assembly Room: On or about February 23, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazardous release of air and flying debris when using compressed air from a Yakasawa air compressor, measured at 47.1 PSI. b. Spray Booth: On or about February 23, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazardous release of air, flying debris, and air embolism while using compressed air from a Yakasawa air compressor, measured at 85.5 PSI for cleaning, and cleaning their clothing.
