29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): (a) Warehouse, southeast wall: On or about February 17, 2016, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, from a 24 Hour Dial Time Switch that had a missing electrical cover, exposing live electrical parts. (b) Fry line, raw side, fryer control station: On or about February 11, 2016, employees were exposed electrical hazards, while turning on/off the fry line from the control center that had a missing electrical cover, exposing live electrical parts. (c) Fry line, raw side, fryer filter: On or about February 11, 2016, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, from a fryer filter that had a missing electrical cover, exposing live electrical parts.
