This was most recently documented at the shop located at 731 S. Industrial Ct., Rose Hill, KS, where the ground cable, which carries DC voltage, of the Miller Delta Welder 452 (Serial ME010414C) included damaged/missing insulation at multiple locations and had not been replaced.
