29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 8/27/15 and 11/13/15 at a demolition project located at 1111 Allen Street, Jamestown, New York; employees were using a Genie Lift S-65 to remove steel sections from a bridge frame. An employee working from the basket did not have his lanyard attached to the basket or boom. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
