29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): A.) Warren Railcar Service, Inc. - On or about 8/19/15, and at time prior thereto, employees had not received training and evaluation on the powered industrial trucks that they operate. Employees operated forklifts that included, but were not limited to, Yale forklift (serial #P-3059516).
