29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards that were mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures approved for the purpose were not of the dead-front type: a) K-Plant, wall behind #1 Press, 6th and Center Streets, Tarentum, Pennsylvania 15084: Observed on or about July 31, 2015, an electrical panel box (110 volt) located on a wall behind Press #1 was not equipped with a dead front. Employees using the panel box and forklift operators passing by the panel box were exposed to the hazards of electric shock and burns.
