29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. On or about March 17, 2015, in the Production areas, at the #902 Niehoff model 110A5 wire draw machine, sprocket wheels and a chain were not enclosed and exposed employees to caught-in hazards. b. On or about March 17, 2015, in the Production areas, at the #903 Niehoff model 110A5 wire draw machine, sprocket wheels and a chain were not enclosed and exposed employees to caught-in hazards. c. On or about March 17, 2015, in the Production areas, at the wire spool take-up reel for the #74 Watson 12-wire, 6-inch reel wire stranding machine, sprocket wheels and a chain were not enclosed and exposed employees to caught-in hazards. d.
