29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(D): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by elevation of 2.44 m (8.0 ft.) or more above the floor or other working surface: On March 6, 2015, and times prior thereto, on lane twenty-three (23), employees worked in close proximity to an pin setter control board where the energized main conductor had been cut and wrapped with clear plastic tape exposing employees to electrical hazards.
