29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse. On 1/23/15, in Plant 1 at the Structural Beam area, employees were exposed to crushing, struck by and amputation hazards as the employer did not ensure welded beams, that were stored upright after welding, were secured into place when placed up right. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
