29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iii): Internal parts of electrical equipment, including busbars, wiring terminals, insulators, and other surfaces, were contaminated by foreign materials such as paint, plaster, cleaners, abrasives, or corrosive residues. On or about October 20, 2014 the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was free from the build-up of dust in the control room for the flour mill and cleaning house exposing employees to electrical hazards.
