29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. a) On or about 8/22/2018 employees were exposed to electrical hazards due to openings in live electrical components located throughout the facility in such areas but not limited to a circuit breaker cabinet and the 480 electric control panel located on the wall behind the blue conveyer belt located in building #3 has unused openings, exposing employees to live electrical components.
