29 CFR 1926.552(b)(1)(i): Operating rules were not established and posted at the operator's station of the material hoist: (a)C & C Construction, Inc. at 82 Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, Hazel SD 57242: On or about and at times prior to May 22, 2020, the employer did not establish or post operating rules for the material hoist being used on site. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with the improper use and overloading of the hoist system.
