29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment is likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards shall be so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage. a)On or about 8/22/2018 an employer did properly guard the double florescent light fixtures from physical damage throughout the facility in locations such as but not limited to the battier charging/maintenance room.. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with a florescent light bulb breaking in a Class II Division I location.
