29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electric equipment shall not be used unless markings have been placed on equipment such as voltage, current, wattage and other ratings as necessary: a) 20791 Storage Ln., Bridgeville, DE 19933(Warehouse A- near rear loading dock): On or about April 8, 2025, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees were exposed to hazards when 240 V energized electrical equipment were entered without proper markings of voltage, current, wattage, or arc flash rating. b) 20791 Storage Ln., Bridgeville, DE 19933(Warehouse A-side door): On or about April 8, 2025, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees were exposed to hazards when 120 V energized electrical equipment were entered without proper markings of voltage, current, wattage, or arc flash rating. c) 20791 Storage Ln., Bridgeville, DE 19933(Warehouse B-side door): On or about April 8, 2025, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees were exposed to hazards when 120 V energized electrical equipment were entered without proper markings of voltage, current, wattage, or arc flash rating.
