29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2): The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that it was in English and did not include the required headings and information in 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(xi) In the alternative 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(5): The chemical manufacturer, importer or employer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that the information provided accurately reflects the scientific evidence used in making the hazard classification. On or about November 26, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the mixing area, employees were working with a hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, ETC-1, with a safety data sheet (SDS) with inaccuracies and missing critical information.
