29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(3)(ii):The employer shall provide shower facilities in accordance with 1910.141 (d)(3) of this part. On or about July 17, 2024, employees in the CRT/FRIT line specifically the CRT area were exposed to a lead dust concentration in excess of the Permissible Exposure Limit. The employer failed to provide shower facilities to employees. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
