29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: In the following locations, items were stored in front on electrical panels: A. Heat Treat, near Weld Shop door: On, or about, April 3, 2024, access to a 220-volt panelboard was blocked by material and equipment in storage. B. Heat Treat, Behind Furnace #8: On, or about, April 3, 2024, the workspace in front of various switches and overcurrent panels was blocked by material and equipment in storage such as sheet metal pieces and machine parts. C. New Flash Room: On, or about, April 3, 2024, the workspace in front of a General Electric Load Center provided for general wiring was used for storage. D. Tumbling Room: On, or about, April 5, 2024, a chair and airline were located in the working space for the orange wall mounted lighting panel. E. Lower Header Room: On, or about, April 5, 2024, a rack of machine parts was stored on the floor under an orange Electri-Center panel board that energized light circuits.
