29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) METAL DEPARTMENT, NEAR PLASMA TABLE - Employee(s) who operated the plasma table were exposed to an electrical junction box on the South wall that did not have a cover installed and contained energized 110 volt electrical conductors, on or about October 8, 2021. (b) MENS RESTROOM, FRONT OFFICE AREA - Employee(s) used the restroom in the front office area, and there was an electrical junction box near the floor on the West wall that did not have a cover installed. There were energized 110 volt electrical conductors protruding from the front of the junction box, on or about December 1, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
