29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. a) Raw Hallway: On or about April 29, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards when working around electrical switches for the HTST that were broken. b) Raw Hallway: On or about April 29, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards when working around electrical switches for the agitator on R3 that were broken.
