29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. (a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303. On 3/31/2021 and at times prior, the employer did not close an unused circuit breaker opening on the face of a 208 volt box. This exposed employees to electrical hazards while entering and exiting the storage building and turning the lights on and off utilizing a circuit breaker.
