29 CFR 1926.1428(a): The Employer did not train employees, or ensure employees were trained, to properly direct the crane operator while placing materials: The employer is failing to protect employees from structural collapse or struck-by hazards. This was most recently observed on or about October 14, 2019, at a jobsite located at 900 SW Lower Lake Road, St. Joseph, Missouri.The employer used an inadequately trained employees as a signalers for crane operations exposing the tank construction crew to struck by hazards while working on elevations greater than 56 feet.
