At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, on 05/22/19, specifically in the Feed Mill, two, unguarded belts existed at the following locations: a/ Along the unguarded platform on the Mixing Machine. b/ Inside of the Grinding Mill adjacent to the arching electrical isolation device.
