29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: Work site was located at 6900 Roustein Avenue, Unit 1, North Bergen, NJ 07047 a) The employer failed to maintain safety data sheets for employees working with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Stainex Laundry Brightener, Bildex Concentrated Laundry Builder and Regenerate Detergent/Degreaser. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019.
