29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: Sensenich Propeller Services, Inc., Gainesville, GA - An employee was coating propellers by dipping them into a tank with Alodine 1200S which contained chromium VI oxide. The tank containing Alodine 1200S was not labeled as required by the standard, on or about 2/13/19.
