29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a)On or about 8/22/2018 employees were exposed to electrical shock due to live wires of greater than 50 volts hanging from different electrical components such as, but not limited to junction boxes, outlets, and open supply cabinets located throughout the facility in such locations as the electrical supply box for the lighting system, main shutoff for the belt sander and the junction box located next to the sprinkler drain off valve on the south wall.
