29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On or about April 17, 2018, at the facility complex located at 6625 W. Wilshire Blvd in Oklahoma City, OK, the employer allowed employees to use two flexible cord that were spliced together with copper wiring exposed. The employees are exposed to electrical hazards.
