29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into the work environment: A.) Barrett Farm Supply, Inc., dba Red Bank Mills - On or about 9/19/17, and at times prior thereto, the company did not provide Hazard Communication training to employees. The employees worked with and around item including, but not limited to, fertilizer, oils, greases, and combustible dust.
