This violation was observed on or about July 13, 2016, in the trim shop along the monorails system, exposing employees to the hazard of falling loads Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps that is taking to ensure makeshift links or fasteners formed from bolts or rods, or other such attachments are not used.
