29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a. On the outside of the E-Coat Motor Control Center, a damaged enclosure was mounted without a cover, which had conductors exposed at the bottom opening. b. In the Sludge Press area, an electrical control box had an opening which exposed the conductors.
