29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about January 11, 2016, the employer failed to ensure the Delta table saw that was being used to cut material was guarded. Employees exposed to the hazard of being struck-by the unguarded saw blade and flying debris.
