29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) Bldg 22 AM/Linear Line Area; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a column sander with the guard removed exposing unguarded pulleys and belts. b) Bldg 19 Display and Mold Shop Area; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a column saw with unguarded pulleys and belts.
