29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: a). On or about 12/3/14, Here's Help employees working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the assembly area. The employees use cloth rags to wipe cases down with alcohol. The rags are disposed in the regular garbage and are not disposed of on a daily basis. The employer did not provide metal receptacles to dispose the rags. b). On or about 12/3/14, One Source Staffing Solutions employees working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the assembly area. Employees use cloth rags to wipe cases down with alcohol. The rags are disposed in the regular garbage and are not disposed of on a daily basis. The employer did not provide metal receptacles to dispose the rags.
