29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: The employer is failing to protect employees from in going and amputation hazards associated with working near inadequately guarded chain and sprockets. This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 2500 Old Hadar Rd. Norfolk, NE 68701; where the employer has employees working on and near four inadequately guarded sets of chains and sprockets on the laminator machine.
