29 CFR 1910.146(h): The employer did not ensure that all authorized entrants were trained to perform the duties required by (h)(1)-(5) of this section (29 CFR 1910.146): On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer did not ensure that all authorized entrants knew the hazards that could be faced during entry, including information on the mode, sign or symptoms, and consequences of exposure containing hazardous chemical vapors such as, but not limited to Benzene, Toluene and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin, without acquiring the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of the duties which included 1910.146(h)(1) - 1910.146(h)(5).
