29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv):Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a) 20791 Storage Ln., Bridgeville, DE 19933 (Warehouse A-side door): On or about April 8, 2025, and at times prior thereto and thereafter, employees were exposed to hazards when the 240 V General Electric panel was observed with missing electrical door cover with ineffectively closed breaker slots exposing employees to shock hazards.
