29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about September 12, 2024 at 41738 Esterly Dr, Columbiana, OH 44408, the employer failed to train employees on hazard communication and the hazards associated with working with, but not limited too, natural gas and molten aluminum. The employer further failed to train employees in a language which they can understand.
