29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii): The employer did not ensure that repairs or replacements of crane hooks were provided promptly as needed for safe operation. a)Comanche Stainless LLC dba Diamond Brite Metals /333 Cedar Ave/Middlesex, NJ 08846 - Shop: The hook of the Stokvis Hoist mounted to the overhead crane, was missing the safety locking device. The hook was not replaced or repaired before use, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Condition noted on or about 6/11/2024.
