(a) Core Stacking Area: on or about and at times prior to April 24, 2024, the functions on the pendant control for the 35/5-ton Shaw Box, S/N 37787 crane, had worn off and could not be identified by sight. (b) Metal Fabrication Area: on or about and at times prior to April 24, 2024, the functions on the pendant control for the 15-ton Cyclops, S/N 1297 crane, had worn off and could not be identified by sight. (c) Metal Fabrication Area: on or about and at times prior to April 24, 2024, the functions on the pendant control for the 15/5-ton Shaw Box, S/N 38783 crane, had worn off and could not be identified by sight.
