29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a)Protective Coating Specialists, Inc. at 1350 7th Street Northwest, Huron, SD 57350: On or about and at times prior to November 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from electrical hazards in that a junction box on the West Line paint booth was missing a cover exposing energized conductors. This condition exposed employees to shock and burn hazards hazards.
