29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets that were dead front: a. Outbound Control Center - On or about December 20, 2022, cabinet LP-CP2 was not fully dead front as the lower section typically reserved for the main shutoff was open showing the terminal wires and giving full access to live components, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
