29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): (a) Fermentationexperts, Inc. at 1201 North Ellis Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to March 24, 2022, the employer allowed for extension cords to be utilized throughout the facility in place of permanent wiring and routed through walls and openings. This condition exposed employees to shock hazards associated with improper use of electrical equipment.
