On or about March 11, 2021, at an elevated trash conveyor motor of the metal sorting line, a vertical belt on the motor was not guarded and exposed employees to machine caught-by hazards. b. On or about March 11, 2021, at an elevated conveyor motor near the end of the ferrous metal sorting line, a vertical belt on the motor was not guarded and exposed employees to machine caught-by hazards. c.
